Hello readers! Halloween is coming right up! So what do you make that is simple, easy, and will impress your friends? I have the solution! Witch hat cookies! This is a really fun treat and tastes really good. Also, if you didn't want to buy candy, you could wrap these in foil and distribute them! So let's get started!
To make this delicious treat, you will need:

1) Fifteen Hershey kisses
2) A cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
3) A bowl
4) Betty Crocker brownie mix
5) Hershey chocolate syrup
6) .75 Cup cocoa powder
7) .75 cup of water and .75 cup of vegetable oil
8) Two eggs
9) Black and yellow frosting
    So let's get started!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees FarenheitPlace the chocolates in the freezer. In a bowl, combine: the brownie mix, choclate syrup, cocoa powder, water, vegetable oil, and the eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Place about 12 scoops of the batter on the cookie sheet. Make sure to spread them out. Place in the oven for 8- 10 minutes. Let them cool for about a minute or so. Take a chocolate piece and press into the middle of the cookie. Repeat this for all cookies. Slide the cookies on to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Take the black frosting and squirt a drop into the center. Place the kisses on top of the frosting. Take the black frosting and circle around the chocolate. If wanted, make a small ribbon.
