You will need:
- three fourth cup heavy cream
- 7 oz. white chocolate
- Heat the heavy cream in a pot until bubbles begin forming at around the rim of the pot. This is crucial because half of your recipe relies on heavy cream.
- Chop up the chocolate into small pieces with each piece being no longer than an inch. This will make the chocolate easy and fast to utilize.
- Put your chocolate into a bowl and take the cream off the stove. You will notice that it has bubbles around the rim of the pot.
- Pour the cream into the chocolate and scrape off as much as you can with a spoon or spatula.
- Slowly stir the chocolate and cream mixture until it is thoroughly combined. You will notice that the hot cream melts the chocolate.
- Let the mixture cool for about a half an hour.
