Cafe Mocha

It's nearly the end of February and the temperatures are dropping, not giving any sign of wanting to come up. At these times of the year, we curl up on the couch with our blankets and store-bought coffee. Instead of buying coffee or mocha from stores, why don't you make it at home. Make the chilling month of February enjoyable with a drink made from your hands. Today I am going to be showing you how to make mocha! Let's get started!

        You will need:

  • Dark chocolate sauce
  • Sixteen ounces of cold milk
  • Espresso
  • A large mug
  • A kitchen ladle

Steps
  1. Pour three ounces of your dark chocolate sauce into your milk
  2. Pour the concoction into a pot and set it on the stove.
  3. Lightly stir your mixture while it is heating (keep in mind, it should heat no more than two minutes).
  4. Set the mixture aside.
  5. Take the kitchen ladle, the mixture, the espresso, and the mug. Pour the mocha in the mug while holding back the foam with the ladle.
  6. Pour in the espresso.
  7.  Allow the creamy foam to rest on top of your mocha.

                                   Topping Time!
This an optional part of your mocha to make it more tasty.
    You will need:
  • Whipped Cream
  • A cherry
  • Melted chocolate
  1. Pour the whipped cream on top of your mocha
  2. Taking a spoon, scatter the chocolate over the whipped cream
  3. Add the cherry on the top of the whipped cream
  4. Drink!
