White Chocolate Ganache

Happy New Year's everyone!(It's a bit late, my apologies). Today we are going to start the New Year with a simple and delicious recipe. White chocolate ganache! This is highly useful in many ways and not to mention, super easy to make. At the most, it'll take fifteen minutes. Ganache can be used to fill or ice any of the following items: cake or cupcakes. So let's get started!

          You will need:

  • three fourth cup heavy cream
  • 7 oz. white chocolate

Steps

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a pot until bubbles begin forming at around the rim of the pot. This is crucial because half of your recipe relies on heavy cream.
  2. Chop up the chocolate into small pieces with each piece being no longer than an inch. This will make the chocolate easy and fast to utilize.
  3. Put your chocolate into a bowl and take the cream off the stove. You will notice that it has bubbles around the rim of the pot.
  4. Pour the cream into the chocolate and scrape off as much as you can with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Slowly stir the chocolate and cream mixture until it is thoroughly combined. You will notice that the hot cream melts the chocolate.
  6. Let the mixture cool for about a half an hour.

I hope everyone enjoyed this recipe. Remeber, the comments section is always open for advice, suggestions, or questions. Bye and keep coming for more mouth watering recipes!
