Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Hello readers! This week's theme is chocolate! You must be thinking that almost all of my posts have something to do with chocolate. I quite agree, so each week I am going to try to come up with a new theme. This is why I  really need your comments, so I don't run out of themes! Anyway, today I am going to be showing you how to make chocolate fudge brownies. These are really a treat and excellent to distribute at a birthday or a party. So let's get started!

        You will need:

  • milk chocolate
  • granulated sugar
  • coffee powder
  • salted butter
  • cocoa powder
  • flour
  • a little bit of water
  • two eggs

                                     Steps

  1. Combine some of the coffee powder and water. Stir thoroughly until this  mixture is a dark brown color. Set it aside.
  2. In a bowl combine the sugar and the butter (stir them until they have reached a smooth consistency).
  3. Add in the eggs and the remaining coffee powder. Stir the ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Melt your chocolate so it reaches a smooth consistency and for about ten minutes, let it cool.
  5. After the chocolate has cooled, add in the flour and cocoa powder. Stir them together so they reach precisely the same consistency as the melted chocolate. Also add the other mixture (the one with the sugar, butter, etc.).
  6. Line a baking paper with parchment or wax paper and pour your chocolate mixture into it.
  7. Put the brownies into the oven for thirty minutes.
  8. Eat!

I hope everyone enjoyed this recipe. Remeber, the comments section is always open for advice, suggestions, or questions. Bye and keep coming for more mouth watering recipes!

  1. Hey Aislinn! Say, can you cut the sugar or use Truvia? Did you know that Truvia is an all natural sugar that has 0 calories?

  2. Grace, Truvia is okay: but I recommend you use something like ground cinnamon or brown sugar, believe it or not, brown sugar is better than normal sugar.
