Hello readers! It is the most exciting time of the week! It is the start of a new week! People don't like Mondays. But it is my favorite day of the week. It means a new week and a whole new variety of topics! This week's topic is fashion. I will show you how to put together two cute outfits. Most of you have read or have a fashion blog. So just remember, the comment section is always open            for advice. I would love to get tips on my blog or my next post. So let me tell you about my view of a super- cute outfit.
Start with skinny jeans that have a flare bottom and some rips.

If your jeans are in a darker shade of blue, which I prefer, then take a light pink or pale lavender wool sweater. If your jeans are lighter, then take a darker pink or purple sweater.
For a girly look, add a charm bracelet and a light pink gloss. Put on a pink barette and pale eyeshadow. If you want, you can even add a light brown shade of blush to your cheeks. So there you have it! Your own stylish and girly look that is fit for the start of the week. Enjoy! ( On the bottom I added a link where you can get the items.)

LOCKER DECORATIONS
Summer is over and everyone is back into school. Everone wants to make their locker personalized and pretty. So how do you go to plain metal to your style? I'll tell you. This week we are going to find out some ways to make your things at school personalized. Let's get started!

Some materials are listed below, but if you want to get your own, then that is fine. Start with a small whiteboard, a mirror, a bag of magnets, two big flowers, and a shelf. If you want, you can get an organizer and an open pencil pouch (make sure it sticks to your locker). You can even put a small rug at the bottom. A way to make your locker look even better, you can use your 3 favorite colors for the decorations. Follow these five easy steps to create a magnificent looking locker.

      1) Take 4 magnets and stick them to all edges of the whiteboard and stick it on your locker. If you have locker wallpapers, stick them on first. Make sure you put the whiteboard on the top, because you are going to use it to write down important tests and quizzes.
     2) Somewhere around the middle, place your mirror. Make sure to stick the magnets on the corners of the mirror.
     3) Take the flowers and stick a magnet in the center of each of them. Place them close to the mirror.
     4) Add all the extra decorations near the bottom.
     5) You have your own, personal locker ready!

If you have any suggestions for my next blog post, then leave a comment and be sure to follow. Sorry if this post is a little out of topic. It took me very long to finish.

Personalize Your Binder
This week's theme is decorating school supplies. Today we are going to make our binders special, by adding photos and some other and small homemade frames. You can find the required supplies at the craft store. This is not time consuming at all. It takes 30 minutes at the maximum. This is a fun activity and demands very little effort. Below are the supplies  you will need to make your own, special binder. (Go to this link if you can't find the supplies: http://www.staples.com/ )

  • 1" binder
  • Chosen photos (I suggest photo copies since you will have to cut them).
  • Construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue or tape
The steps are listed below. Make sure to follow them very carefully. If you have extra decorations, then put them in according to you. If you have any questions, suggestions, or advice; feel free to leave a comment and be sure to follow. You can also take the poll. Whichever category will have the most votes, will be selected for my next post. So start decorating your binders!

  1) There will be a blank, see through page attached to the cover. Find that page otherwise you can't decorate the binder.
  2) Take a photo and a peice of construction paper. Cut the construction paper so it is slightly bigger than your photo. Make sure to cut the construction paper in the shape of your photo. The photo should be no bigger than 4" by 3" inches.
  3) Do this for all of the photos.
  4) Glue/ tape all of the corners of the photo to the frame. Do this for all of the photos.
  5)  Slide all of the photos in to the see through page.
  6) You have your personalized binder ready!

Sketching Fruits

                                                         Sketching Fruits

Today we will sketch fruits. Sketching fruits is one of my favorite ways to pass time and have fun. It does not take a lot of time. It looks creative on cards for teachers, friends, and family.  One of the best things, is that the level of difficulty does not vary with the fruit. All the fruits require the same number of effort. In art coloring requires more effort then drawing with pencil. So get your pencils sharpened and lets get started.
The fruit we will do today is an apple. Make sure to pay attention to the picture above because it will be your reference. Do not shade the whole apple. Only shade the parts you are instructed to do so. Be sure to pay attention to the directions and picture. Most important- Have  Fun!

1) Draw a circle (use a compass)
2) Make a small curve at the top (use picture)
3) Draw a small, slightly bent, vertical line on the top of the curve
4) Make a leaf and link it to the bent line by adding a horizontal line.
5) Shade the edges.
6) You are done!
