You will need:
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Graham cracker crust
- Half cup butter
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Four eggs
- One and a half cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. corn starch
- 16 oz. sour cream
Steps
- Combine the ricotta and the cream cheese in a bowl. Blend it until it is smooth.
- Use the same bowl and pour in all the other ingredients other than sour cream and graham cracker crust. Blend until smooth.
- Now, put in the sour cream and blend the mixture together.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Make sure it is even on all sides.
- Put the dish into the oven for an hour.
- After the hour is up, turn off the heat. Keep the dish in the oven.
- Put the cheesecake into the fridge for an hour and a half.
- Serve!
